Julie Kaminski is the President and CEO for Immanuel Communities, a nonprofit provider of retirement living and senior care, spanning a two-state region including Omaha, Lincoln, Des Moines and Council Bluffs. Immanuel has a 140 year Christ-centered heritage of healthcare and senior services.  It is the organization’s mission to serve older adults with compassion and devote resources to bettering our communities.

Julie is responsible for the overall strategy and vision of Immanuel.  With a master’s degree in Gerontology from Miami of Ohio, she has held leadership positions at LeadingAge Nebraska, Notre Dame Housing and Life Care Services.  Julie has extensive leadership experience with a focus on operational excellence, mentoring, relational leadership and critical thinking.  She has a passion for older adults, aging services and being a collaborative leader in the field.  Julie currently serves on the LeadingAge Iowa/Illinois Board of Directors, Business Ethics Programming Committee, NHCQP Quality Committee, and Lutheran Services of America Affordable Housing Committee.
