Jason Lundy is a health care attorney and Partner of the law firm Ice Miller LLP.  He regularly represents skilled nursing, assisted living, Continuing Care Retirement Communities, and senior housing providers.  He assists those providers with all operational and regulatory matters, including regulatory compliance, responding to surveys, appealing survey findings and sanctions, Medicare and Medicaid certification, and abuse, neglect, and incident investigations and reporting.  He received his J.D. from University of Illinois College of Law and his B.A. in Economics from Duke University.
